Absolutely outstanding service from Car Delivery Essex. I was completely stuck in grass and deep mud with no way out. Glen asked me to send over the details and my live location, and then set off straight away. He even shared his live location … More so I could see exactly when he would arrive, which was really reassuring.
When he got there, he knew exactly what he was doing. He used a mechanical towing chain, hooked it securely to the back of my van, and pulled me out smoothly and safely. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled calmly and professionally.

My husband contacted Glen on a Sunday morning to take his brokendown transit van to the garage. Within a short period, Glen was on his way and we were able to track him on his route to come and collect the van. Glen has been extremely helpful after another recovery company called by … More my insurance took my car to storage for a week against my consent, charging me an extortionate £639 for recovery & 1 week's worth of storage! Glen went to pick up my car from the storage facility on the same day I called with my inquiry, the company that had my car had confirmed twice my car was at one specific storage facility, but upon arriving he was told my car wasn't there but he kindly did not charge me for the call-out, he was extremely understanding of my situation and got my car for me on the Monday, didn't charge me for one day's storage and delivered my car to me the next day!
The recovery company that had my car also did substantial damage to my bumper, with it now half hanging off, and broke my radiator and Glen was extremely kind, and sent me photos upon collection of my car from that horrible company.
All in all I'm very impressed and pleased by the customer service and affordable prices.

“I contacted Glen at Car Delivery Essex with an urgent collection enquiry after finding details of his company on the internet. Of all the businesses I communicated with that day, Glen was the most helpful and most accommodating by far.
His prices are very competitive and he is able to provide a service at extremely short notice (48-hrs).
